IEEE 1588 Conformity Alliance Committee of Experts
The IEEE 1588 Conformity Alliance Committee of Experts is composed of notable experts in the field of timing and network synchronization for telecommunication networks. The role of the Committee of Experts is to review and recommend for approval the technical documents that will form the basis of the Alliance’s certification program.
The Committee of Experts draws on a broad range of expertise including:
- editors of standards
- chairs of groups developing standards
- principal contributors to standards
- implementers from the semiconductor and equipment vendor community
- early adopters from service provider community
- experts in the field of test and measurement
Participants in the IEEE 1588 Conformity Alliance Committee of Experts are invited by the Board of Directors, and consist of notable experts in the field of timing and network synchronization for telecommunication networks.
