Program Management
Once a program is operational, it needs to be cared for and managed. While volunteer participation is essential to any non-profit organization, it cannot be counted on to ensure a group runs efficiently and effectively. For that, many organizations turn to IEEE-ISTO, and rely on its skilled and experienced staff to run the day-to-day operations of their programs so that the member participants can keep their focus on the technology and business challenges ahead.
Once incorporated into the federation, IEEE-ISTO executives work closely with program stakeholders to ascertain the unique requirements of the program. A program team is assigned to fulfill those needs. Staff members with the appropriate skill sets and experience provide high-quality support to your organization. The work IEEE-ISTO performs within your group is defined in a Statement of Work, an easily modified document that evolves with the needs of your program. Each program is assigned a Program Relationship Manager who serves as your primary point of contact, and who works within IEEE-ISTO to ensure your ultimate satisfaction.
As your trusted partner in the management of your program, IEEE-ISTO offers the following:
- Strategic guidance
- Operational management
- Relationship management
- Committee support
- Board secretariat
Program management begins before your program enters our Federation and extends until your organization has successfully accomplished its goals.
