Program Management
- IEEE-ISTO provides comprehensive management and operational support, including Program formation, program/membership administration, Board support and Secretariat functions, business development and strategic planning. The resources required and provided to support Programs can be scaled and tailored to meet the unique and particular needs and objectives of each group.
Financial Management
- Participant Programs can rest assured that their finances are in capable hands as IEEE-ISTO recognizes the importance of maintaining meticulous financial records. IEEE-ISTO provides the Programs in the Federation with a comprehensive standard accounting package, but also has the ability to customize a unique package to meet a Program’s specific needs. Financial management is provided under the direction of the leadership (Board of Directors, Steering Committee, Treasurer) of each Program.
Marketing and Communications
- IEEE-ISTO provides market research, analysis, communications, and public relations support to ensure industry standards are accepted in the global marketplace. IEEE-ISTO assists members in creating/executing an overall marketing and communications strategy designed to meet their individual goals and objectives. Through a variety of tactics, IEEE-ISTO successfully connects groups Program’s with their target audiences while advancing their professional stature in industry.
IT Solutions
- As an information technology resource, IEEE-ISTO adapts its IT tools and infrastructure to meet the needs of its Programs. Within our secure, online Member’s Area (IEEE-ISTO Workspace), we deploy best-in-class customized tools to facilitate member collaboration, document management, voting and other activities to make Programs more efficient. Conformity Assessment
- IEEE-ISTO offers a comprehensive Conformity Assessment and Interoperability Program to all participant groups. IEEE-ISTO has the ability to handle the complete certification process or simply assist groups with self certification. IEEE-ISTO's ability to operate as a neutral, conformity assessment and interoperability certification authority provides increased benefit to member programs.
